Apply for Certification

Organizations interested in obtaining certification through Shendik Certifications may apply by submitting an application for certification. The application enables us to understand the organization, its scope of activities, and the applicable management system requirements.

Application Process

1. Application Submission
   The organization submits a completed application form, including details of its activities, locations, number of employees, and management system scope.
2. Application Review
   The application is reviewed to confirm certification feasibility, scope definition, and applicable standards.
3. Quotation & Agreement
   A quotation is issued based on audit duration and scope. Certification activities proceed upon acceptance of the quotation and agreement.
4. Audit Planning
   An audit plan is developed and communicated, including audit stages, auditor assignment, and schedule.
5. Certification Audit
   The audit is conducted in accordance with applicable certification rules and international standards.
6. Certification Decision
   Certification is granted based on audit results and an independent certification decision process.
